Ana Vidina Hernández is the Development Director at YWCA Greater Austin. She holds a Master of Science in Social Work and Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
Ana was the founder of the Girasol program, dedicated to work at the intersection of immigrant justice and mental health and her experience includes bilingual social work practice, advocacy campaigns, mental health research, communications, fund development, and strategic planning.
She lives in Austin, Texas and enjoys creative pursuits in music and the arts, visiting national parks, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
